What is the use of these bags ?

Both the bags are of same functionality of generating an audible alarm in case of snatch or unauthorised pick from the location it has been kept. Different is only of size. These bags can be used for safety of cash, laptop, important documents, jewellery, etc.

How does it work ?

To be used as a normal bag only in routine. Whenever it has to be placed or hanged only shoulder and if it is carrying any valuable you can just plug in the cable and harness it through the nearest solid structure or your apparel belt hook and turn on with the unique key supplied with your bag. It can be disabled only by the key supplied with your bag

What if Ilose the key?

You can get it made another one locally or send the bag to our address and we will refit with the new key.

What if I lose the cable or have damaged the cable?

You can buy a new cable from shop.infrasoul.com.

Is this bag battery operated?

Yes the bag is loaded with a 9v battery which is used only when the siren goes on. The same battery can be procured locally or from our website shop.infrasoul.com

How can I check battery status?

Check with an alarm atleast once in 3 months if it's sounds same loud then battery is intact. And if not checked for long then check once before you are using it if is sounds perfect in check then definately it will work for the purpose it is made for and will secure your valuables. We suggest to replace battery every 1 year. The same battery can be procured locally or from our website shop.infrasoul.com

Can Itravel with this bag through airport Security check and flight ?

Yes you can.

Can the alarm be triggered accidentally?

No it cannot be triggered accidently as it is switch on for activation and switch off for deactivation concept which is a manual process.

Is the bag covered by a warranty?

Yes 1 year standard warranty.

Are there any special care instructions for the bag?

No. The alarm type comes by default
